JV/VARSITY Elite Pitching/Catching Academy – Phase 1

December 3, 5, 10, 12, 17 & 19

TIME: 6:00 – 7:30 pm

COST: $675/Player (or 3 payments of $225)

JV and Varsity Players only for this Academy – You Do Not have to be a Smash it Player to Participate in the Academy

Our Full off-season Pitching Academy will include 3 different phases. The first step will be an on-ramp phase, the second step will be a movement and velo phase and the last step will be a Competitive Prep phase which will include one day of live at bats per week.

The Program will include a plyo ball program, pre/post throw program, lifting program and a band work program.

This academy is a full-service pitching program that will help athletes realize their true potential.

Catchers will focus on game set-up, balanced receiving, efficient blocking, and leadership.

Catchers will also work on footwork and movement patterns to create efficient transfers and quicker pop time.

Bullpen sessions will teach when to throw what pitches.
